Physics Department

The mission of the ENS Paris-Saclay Physics Department, founded in 1966, is to provide an advanced education in fundamental physics.
The Physics Department is backed by two research laboratoriesu: the Quantum and Molecular Photonics Laboratory (LPQM) since its inception, and the Aimé Cotton Laboratory (LAC) since January 2013.

The PHYTEM programme (final undergraduate year and M1 year), resulting from a partnership between ENS Paris-Saclay and Université Pierre et Marie Curie (UPMC), is a comprehensive and diversified programme in fundamental, experimental and computational physics.
